BOOKING / RESERVATION POLICY:
In order to reserve a package or stay with PSFL (Panama Sport Fishing Lodge), the client must proceed with the payment of a 50% deposit of the full amount. This amount may vary depending on the service. This ensures the requested date and availability for activities, transportation, boats, etc. In order to proceed with service, client must complete the payment of the remaining balance within a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival date.  If you are not at the designated meeting point at the arranged time of your arrival, PSFL reserves the right to not provide a refund. However, we will always try our best to accommodate any trip changes, rescheduling or delays. After all, we want you to come on the trip and have fun. That is our goal.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

The deposit amount may be paid via check, wire transfer, credit card, or PayPal. If paying with credit card or PayPal, the client will be responsible for incurring any processing fees. 
 
It is important that before you book with PSFL you as a client take into consideration that as soon as you book with us we immediately begin to prepare your trip. Therefore, we incur several expenses. Consequently, we a have a REFUND POLICY on the deposit amount in case a cancellation from the customer occurs: 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:  
More than 60 days prior to departure - 100% deposit refund (minus local taxes and processing fees of $150)  
Within 60 days prior departure – option to rebook

Occasionally services are canceled or postponed by PSFL or at the captain’s discretion, due to mechanical issues, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you about the cancellation and to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for the particular service. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed trips or services, please contact us. In the case of a cancellation of your trip by PSFL, we will either offer you a refund or schedule you for another trip if possible.

****FUEL SURCHARGE Notice*****

With the volatility of fuel costs lately we have to make our customers aware of our variable fuel surcharge policy. We base our fuel costs in our packages at  max of $ 4.00/gal.

As of recently, fuel costs have more than doubled and we aim to keep our package prices as low as possible, but final fuel surcharge will be informed to guests at max, one week prior to arrival.
